Been Solid
It’s been great. Light weight, portable, and powerful. We use this for doing live commentary for professional wrestling shows and with one simple button the entire audience can hear us clearly.

Read this before you buy the Rode Podcaster Pro 2
The mixcast is by far the best podcasting equipment I have used compared to much more complex stations. Truly plug and play and easy to use. Best bang for your buck compared to RODE Podcaster Pro 2.

Customer Service related
I purchased this online. It worked for a total of 15 mins, then would not power on. Electronics fail sometimes, that's just a fact. When I called Best Buy I was informed that I had passed the 14 day return window. Next step is to contact the manufacturer, not helpful. In short, Best Buy is in fact, not the Best at customer service. I had to purchase a $50 membership in order to exchange the mixer in store, after i agreed to that, I was informed it was not in stock and will be shipped in a week. Congratulations on lowering the bar Not the Best Buy.
