Is this reliable or not…time will tell
Good so far. Only time will tell if this is a reliable this external drive. I was replacing a previous external drive that lasted about 12 years.

Great for extra disk space
I needed more hard drive space for my laptop, and this holds and runs programs and media files very well with no lag or other issues.
