A: Greetings, According to the website specifications it provides both functionalities. Nevertheless, I'm not an expert on how to configure these functionalities. You may see the specs at TP-Link website. https://www.tp-link.com/us/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-c6/#specifications I've been using the TP-Link AC1200, archer C6 for about 6 motnhs without any issues.

A: Use a powerline adapter. It lets you transport your internet connection over the house's electric circuit. TP-Link makes good ones for cheap.
