Featuring a top-brand compressor, this blast freezer accelerates cold air circulation for rapid freezing. Hot foods can drop from 194℉ to 37.4℉ within 120 minutes, and in blast freeze mode, temperatures can decrease from 194℉ to -0.4℉ within 300 minutes. With a spacious capacity of 370 L / 13.1 Cu.ft, it is suitable for high-end seafood restaurants, Western dining establishments, central kitchens, and more.
Multiple Modes for Various Ingredients
The blast chiller offers hard chill, freeze, shock freeze, and soft freeze 4 modes, suitable for freezing lobster, salmon, ice cream, cakes, pre-prepared meals, and more. Additional smart features include overload protection, automatic defrosting, precise temperature control, and intelligent alarms, making it easy to use.
Strong Insulation and Energy-saving
The thickened insulated door is made from cyclopentane material, along with an automatic closing design to minimize cold air loss. Utilizing R404A refrigerant not only enhances freezing efficiency but is also more energy-efficient and cost-effective.
High-quality Stainless Steel
he body is constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, while the trays are made of thickened stainless steel, ensuring durability and a long lifespan. They are easy to clean and resistant to odor retention. The trays are adjustable, allowing for flexible placement of various ingredients.
Thoughtful Design
Comes with 15 trays (23.6" x 15.7" x 1.1") that can be removed for easy cleaning. The evaporator and condenser are equipped with noise-reducing fans, resulting in low operational noise. A temperature probe is included to monitor the internal temperature of food. NOTE: This unit DOSE NOT contain a plug, you need to purchase a 220V three-phase circuit breaker.
