Its invisible IR laser can measure distances up to 4000 yards (over 2.25 miles), while an integrated inclinometer compensates for uphill and downhill angles up to ±70°. Multiple targeting modes include Normal, First, Last, and Extended Laser Range (ELR) mode, and ranging modes include Horizontal Component Distance (HCD) and Line of Sight (LOS). The device has a 5-yard minimum range, ideal for bow hunters, and an accuracy of ±0.5 yards from 5–199.9 yards, ±1 yard from 200–1,000 yards, and ±2 yards beyond 1,000 yards.
