I really like the look and all the room it has but I had to replace the new refrigerator for another one because there is a glitch with the Icemaker. Apparently the Ice gets stuck and stops the whole process of making Ice and water. I replaced the refrigerator but if it happens again I will be forced to buy a different style and pay alot more money!

Bought this in Nov 24 and installed Dec 23, 2024. Installer noticed damage on right side of freezer door. Water pump to ice cube maker had loud water noise, one door would slightly open when the other was closed, upper rack in lower freezer drawer hard to open, freezer seal had a gap. There was even a small 1 1/2” gear roller laying in freezer drawer, installer never had seen that before. Had nothing to compare to but until after we received our replacement we noticed many differences. Doors closed better, water from pump much quieter, lower drawer opened easier. We we got a paper manual that was missing from initial refrigerator, we found out we were missing a regerator shelf we did not know we were missing. The first refrigerator appears to have been a used item and repackaged as new. The new refrigerator so far is way better.

Overall the Services were poorly managed. (1) Delivery delays (2) Rescheduling burdens (3) Old refrigerator was not removed (4) Installation failure (plumbing/ice maker) (5) Defective or non-functional interior light (6) Installer was unable or unprepared to complete ice maker hookup (7) Proper orientation walkthrough of the unit Reasonable compensation (Summary) During installation, plumbing issues prevented completion of the ice maker setup, causing additional delays. Now that the refrigerator is installed, the interior light is not functioning properly, and no proper orientation or walkthrough of the unit was provided. At this point, I’m requesting a no-cost in-home service visit to resolve the lighting issue, verify the ice maker installation, and complete a proper orientation. I’d also like to discuss appropriate compensation for the multiple service failures and delays. I’m happy to work toward a fair resolution, but I do need this escalated to the appliance resolution team. If you want, I can tighten this further for chat vs phone. Thanks!
