Q: Do you need conect to a line water or can you fill in a water deposit?
A: You can fill the water reservoir manually. But i would suggest that if you're not planning on using the direct water connection to buy the less expensive model Whynter IMC-490SS. It is the exact same unit, but without the water line hookup.
