We have been working with customer service since this purchase was made and have NOT YET GOTTEN A PIECE OF ICE FROM THIS MACHINE! Maybe will we eventually get it to work, but at this point it has been wasted money and poor customer service.

This was my third ice machine purchase. All have been different brands but all are the same machine with a different brand attached. I buy one every two years. We let them run constantly. My wife eats ice constantly. Machines die after two years. This one didn't last two weeks. It never worked and that is with making sure it was turned off when not in use. I recommend buying a different machine. Even though it really is the same one with a different label on it.

I've gone through two of these now and one smaller capacity unit of a different brand. All three of them have worked less than 1 year before breaking down. I keep buying these because we had previously gone through a similar process with the icemaker in our Samsung refrigerator. I don't remember it ever being this difficult to make ice before we "upgraded" our refrigerator but I digress. I've resorted to buying these units with the Best Buy extended warranty and I'm about to use it for a second time. The first unit stopped making ice after about a year. The second unit just failed tonight. After running a cleaning cycle I turned it back on and the automatic water refill kept running and overflowed. Luckily we were home when it happened or it could have been a big disaster. The current unit is 11 months old.

Looks nice and easy to use, but it stopped working after 7 months. I maintained maintenance by cleaning and changing out water. Bought it for the wife to use, but we are back to square one and using ice trays in the freezer. Winter's website is not working for support. poor product and experience.

Ordered this product for my office and it rattled from day one. It worked for three weeks and stopped working.

Had no idea this product existed until someone clued me in. I've been using a countertop unit for years and was always annoyed by having to manually add water. This pretty much takes care of the issue. Hook it up to your sink faucet or any faucet and you'll have just the right amount of ice always. Good product and working fine for about 3 months thus far.
