Q: Are the fans reversible for a negative pressure layout?
A: Hi Dave, You can change the direction of the airflow by flipping the fans to the direction you prefer. -Brian
Q: Can I use different brand fans with the controller.
A: You can use different fans with the fan controller, and they will attach without problem to the radiator. Pretty much all 120mm fans have the same mounting points. If you are looking to simply replace the attached ML120 fans, let me first reassure you that these are top of the line fans. Unfortunately, you can't actually buy ML120 fans in white, so I had to purchase additional fans from Corsair's QL140 line, because those come in white. Flashier, but they don't have the magnetic bearings of the ML120s... The only problem you might have is with RGB lighting. The controller might not play well with non Corsair RGB products, and might not even play well with other Corsair RGB products. In my case, I only run the ML120 fans RGB off the included controller, but I run all of the fans PWM control off of it. The RGB for the QL140 fans on the bottom and front use a different controller. Check out attached photo. The actual controllers are hidden, but you see the end result..

Q: Does this have a bracket for the lga 1700 socket? The 12th gen alder lake cpu.
A: Hi Hero, The mounting bracket will adjust for the new socket positions however you will need new standoffs due to the adjusted stack height.
