Recommend for the price
I would definitely recommend this item, as it works great for the price. The only issues are the battery life and the overheating. However, I think these are general MacBook issues, not necessarily anything wrong on the refurbisher's part. I can usually only get 3-4 hours of use in on a full charge. The fans are very loud and annoying when the computer is overheated, but it doesn't happen too often. In general, the price is very good for a MacBook and I would recommend for sure! This is my first time owning a MacBook and I am glad I upgraded. The device did not come with any physical damages that I can see.

Arrived with Cosmetic Damage
Overall the MacBook functions as it should, though it can be a little slow sometimes. But what was not disclosed when I bought it was that there would be physical damage to the laptop. While it is minor, it is still noticeable. The black lining that goes around the inner screen of the laptop is damaged at the top and makes the laptop stick and difficult to open. There is also a small dent/scratch on the inside near the trackpad. I wish there was some disclaimer that refurbished items might be damaged. I know it isn’t a new product but there isn’t always the expectation of damage when purchasing a refurbished item.

I ordered this Macbook for a homeschooling computer. So far it runs great and i love it! And it was delivered early (with standard shipping.) It can be a little difficult to use if youre not that tech savvy, but you get the hang of it eventually. I definitely recommend getting a computer mouse for it though. My only complaints would be that it came a little dirty, had a minor scratch and dies kinda fast.
