Q: I purchased a table top ice maker and have the four year warranty. It’s just completely stopped working what do I do to utilize the warranty?

A: You will have to take it back to the store because that’s what they told me when my microwave died and I even paid extra for insurance but me or my wife are not able to do that so we just have to get online and buy another microwave and get it shipped to us but I will never buy anything else at Bestbuy
