- A: AnswerI have had to send in my laptop when this covid started so it you want to mail it in just call Geek Squad 800 number and they will send you a mailing label and you just send it to them or you can take it to the Best Buy store it is really up to you

|Great resolution on the camera but the overall operating system is a bit dated. The updating the firmware can also be a hassle at times, the camera wont function the same when it needs updating. The app is buggy at times and start up tends to freeze when powering up sometimes.
