Sad treatment of loyal customer. I have been a loyal customer of BB for YEARS. Purchased gps to evacuate from hurricane Ida. Upon return we had no home, no car, no electricity for two weeks. We still are dealing with internet & power issues, rebuilding, etc. , nearly 6 weeks later. Our local Best Buy was also closed over 2 weeks. Returned gps to distant city BB went I went to retrieve my car, as I saw they were open. The wonderful thing, haha, was that because I bought the 2 year warranty I could get store credit for gps but not for the Geek Protection. So, I have a $109 store only credit, and a $140 bill ( which I used the BB card to get rewards!) for buying a lemon. I guess I will give the STORE CREDIT to someone who will not be avoiding BestBuy as best they can. Sad treatment. Way to kick someone when they are down, BestBuy.
A:AnswerI have had to send in my laptop when this covid started so it you want to mail it in just call Geek Squad 800 number and they will send you a mailing label and you just send it to them or you can take it to the Best Buy store it is really up to you
