I have had to send in my laptop when this covid started so it you want to mail it in just call Geek Squad 800 number and they will send you a mailing label and you just send it to them or you can take it to the Best Buy store it is really up to you

It will also provide you a phone number for GEEK SQUAD. I'm sure they have that covered for you even by mail. Contact Best Buy for more info. Don't delay. If it's active "it's covered"
