Rob Zombie directed this horror thriller about five traveling carnival workers who are kidnapped on the morning of Halloween in 1976 and forced to play a deadly game known as "31." In order to survive, they must fight their way through a group of ravenous attackers, many of whom are armed with weapons. "In Hell Everybody Loves Popcorn" the making of 31: a comprehensive 2-hour documentary on the making of the film
"31" is a favorite Rob Zombie flick of mine. Good features and digital copy. Strangers get out into a psycho game where elites (including Malcolm McDowell in a wig and powdered make-up) make them fight for survival against killers. Funny, gory, and wild. If you don't know if this your thing do some research. Horror violence and bloody gore are regular characters in his films.

If you think you're getting a great movie that is something to look for at awards shows, then don't get it. If you want something creepy, gory, and made by Rob Zombie, it's perfect! 6/10 for a movie overall, but 9/10 if you need something spooky for the fall season.

I grew up with Rob's films on screen, even though not all of his films are great, he has grown his directorial techniques, and this movie is proof of it! I liked it, but not as much as I loved "Devil's Rejects"
