A: No. This just allows a magnet to stick to your phone. Specifically, magnetic phone mounts for cars.
Q: Are these MagicPlates magnets?? I don't see the word magnet anywhere.
A: No. They are metal plates to be used with magnetic phone mounts. It allows the magnet to stick to your phone, once you stick the metal plate on the phone.
A: yes. I actually put the magnet on the inner portion of the case . one strip on the top inner case to the right of the camera and one in the middle of the case.

A: I believe so, it sticks VERY WELL to most materials. You won’t have any trouble sticking to your leather phone case.
Q: Will this hold my garmin gps without falling off
A: What is the diameter of your GPS, check against that and see. My phone is pretty big and had no problem with it falling.
A: Why would you need the plates if you already have one made into your phone? You would just attach to the mounting magnet.
