Barely lasts 2 years.
Ear pieces are already tearing up. Have been super gentle with this pair since it costs so much yet get punished for it. Thick USB cord transfers any sound. For example, if it rubs against the table you hear it like the left earphone is playing scrubbing noises. Mixer is horrendous in terms of consistency. Everything is up to date in software yet the mixer sometimes acts as a volume slider OR works as it should as a chat mixer. Noise cancelling is subpar when compared to my friend's SteelSeries. Overall, unsatisfied with quality of software and headset.

Great sound, but cord pops out of headset
Excellent sound overall, even for music. Been told by others that "my" sound is great, so I think the microphone works great. The QuantumSPHERE 360 sound technology does not work awesome in all games, but does for most. Only giving 4 stars because the cord connected to the headset comes out way too easily. While working at a standing desk and going from sitting to standing, the "chat balance dial" weighs down the cord and it pops out of the headset. You have to scramble and get the cord back in if you are mid-game. Happens every day and its so frustrating!
