Q: Do I need a 240 or 120 power line for this?
A: 240 volt, 50 amp outlet is required. You can choose 3 or 4 prong (but does not come with Range)
Q: Do you deliver and take away. And is there a charge?
A: Yes, they do deliver and take away, but only on new items, not open box (scratch and dent) items. They do have a charge, but it is a small charge. I think its well worth it to purchase from them.
A: I absolutely had this, it was really hard to get off. It was adhesive from the packing tape. Oddly enough, many of the pieces of tape didn't have this problem, just some of them. The worst one covered the oven handle and got into the gap between adjoining metal pieces. I rolled up as much as I could reach with a fingertip, then I used a thin cotton cloth soaked with alcohol to get in the crevices. Took over an hour.
Q: What are the dimensions with the packaging included?
A: It is about 26 5/8" out from the wall with the cord attached. Then then handle on the front of the stove is out another 2".

Q: Is there a backlight on the key pad. It’s very hard to see at nighttime
A: No light on the key pad, the light is only on the display with the clock and.it lights up the color blue. Its really angreat flat cooktop stove.

If you can ignore the irritaing jingles, it's ok!
We've now had this cooker for a week. It's the first time that I've had to own an oven with an electric hob, as we moved to a new property with no gas line (and it's not worth $4k to install one!). It's very sleek, the oven itself is not super fast to heat up, but the hob gets hot rapidly. As you can imagine it takes a bit to get used to the hob settings, but keeping a simmer and rolling boil is great and I'm getting used to frying and sauteeing - as an avid cook I was really worried, but I'm getting used to it and beginning to enjoy this cooker. The negatives, it does take a while for the oven to heat up. The NOISES - swear down they are irritating (!) you get an annoying jingle when it is hot, or if the timer ends - sadly no way to change it to a simple beep. Also, it has 'wifi functionality' which is pointless, supposedly you're able to control it with the app, however you can only send requests if you've turned it on yourself. So no luck sending a command to get the oven heated up in time for you getting home! :( Overall, it's more a 3.5 than a 4 star... It looks nice, it's easy to clean, and it does cook well. It's functions just aren't that great, and it's pretty irritating! Considering we are only staying in this property for 3-4 years, it's ok. But I wouldn't buy this oven if I was planning to keep it for a long time.

Excellent and beautiful stove !
Absolutely beautiful stove ! This was a gift to my parents and they were extremely happy with it! They were surprise with how fast the stove heats up and all the other functions it has! Love how your able to see on the app if the stove is on or off.
