A: I don't think so. I had to take my old mac in and they transferred the info from old one to new one. It took a couple of hours. I am not sure what you mean by remove the old one. If you mean take it away, no, unless you choose to mail it to them. I left the old mac there, got a 50 dollar store credit and had them erase data on it. I hope this answers your question.

Great Performance and Beautiful Color
I absolutely love this iMac! The pink color looks gorgeous and adds such a fun touch to my desk setup. The best gift
Great and easy to work with, incredible input and out put speed. Love the cool blue color. Big screen. Key board is perfect. I wouldn’t expect anything less from Apple.
