Top of the line charcoal cooking
Packaging is extra easy to unpack. Comes fully assembled. Delivery was flawless. Parts are high quality and it feels like a premium product. Cooking is relatively easy once you figure out how to asjust the top and bottom vents to regulate temperature. I bought a charcoal basket which makes dealing with the charcoal easier. You must use hardwood lump charcoal as with all Kamados. Food came out extra tasty, juicy and delicious. Takes many hours to fully cooldown due to the heat retention of the ceramic body. BB price matches ao got it for $300. A good investment, should serve me well for many years. Their lifetime warranty on ceramic parts is a plus.

Size doesnt Matter
For such a small footprint, this kamado definitely packs a punch. Whether youre smoking or grilling, this thing is more than up to the task. You can easy fit 3-4 steaks and a whole chicken on this thing. Although this wont be able cook massive amounts of food, this kamado joe jr is perfect for weeknight or weekend cooks for the family. It takes less charcoal than its bigger brother which saves you money on that end. Its also portable, making it the perfect companion for camping or get togethers. Overall, if youre not looking to smoke whole briskets or ribs, you wont regret this kamado.

At first i was kind of confuse how to use komado but once I figured it out work lime a champ steaks burgers cook amazing
