Q: How long can the hose stretch? I live in a basement and my windows sit about 6ft from the ground
A: The exhaust hose is approximately 5' long. We don't recommend making the hose longer as it would effect the efficiency of the unit.
Q: The power is off, how do I turn on the power? The on/off switch is not working, help me please?

Cools Very well!
Bought because our Central Air compressor went out. Use it in the bedroom and it cools very good. We have 2 GE units. One large that does everything and this smaller one. Wish it had wifi, but the price was reasonable! Doesn't have auto shutoff when it reaches temperature like our bigger unit.

I truly had doubts once I opened the box,and pulled it out. Its small but it truly has kick and my room is cold. I am yet to use high cause the low is cold enough. I really dont do these reviews but I am impressed!!
