Q: Is there an always on option? Or is the longest it stays on the 8 hours?
A: I just bought this a couple weeks ago for my boyfriends room and it gets really hot in his house but we keep it on all day most of the time and every night we sleep with it on just constantly running. Occasionally we’ll turn the settings down if it gets too cool but it never shuts off after a certain time frame, we just keep in running

A: Oscillation of existing cool air when oscillator mode is engaged. It uses no refrigerant. It is not an A/C. A simple tower fan.

A: I'm guessing you're asking if it is safe to leave the tower fan on overnight while you sleep. Absolutely yes! I have one at home and it helps move the air and keep it cool.
Q: Can it be taken apart to clean the blades?
A: No. I just use a can of compressed air. I unplug the fan, turn the fan around and you can see the workings thru a grate of sorts. I spray the dust off that way. Do not use anything else, i.e., a lubricant or water.

A: Fully assembled it is just over 3ft.
