A: Idk bro I've had the same question as yours for months. BUT NOT A SINGLE PERSON KNOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY?!!??!?!?!?!?!? Is there no one who buys this product?!?!?!?! A: The length of the mouse pad is the following: 31.25 inches (79.375 centimeters) long. 11.75 inches (29.845 centimeters) wide. 0.1 inches (0.254 centimeters) tall. P.S: I've attached two images of the mouse pad, one with keyboard and mouse on it one without. The white bar in the image is a 12-inch ruler.

A: The included adapter can be used with the headset so it makes the headset able to plug right into the headphone jack on the xbox controller. After that you need to change the audio settings on the console itself to play through the headset. There is also a volume control on the headset itself that came with the volume set all the way down on mine.
A: you need to press fn and ins, del, pg up or pg dn.Any of those will work just that each one has different function
