A: Only 1 phone can connect at a time. That phone will then have control of the audio to the car. You can disconnect that phone and when you connect a different phone simply make sure Bluetooth is turned off on the first phone so the adapter doesn't grab that one first. Now the second phone can pair via Bluetooth easily.
Q: Will this work for a 2020 ford F-150
A: The best way to test your vehicle for compatibility is to check the stereo dash board and see if you have the Apple and Android icons showing. Your phone should not be connected to the car's Bluetooth and our adapter should not be in the car. If those icons are there then chances are good this unit will work great. Always test the unit immediately upon purchase to be safe.
Q: Will it work with a 2019 Ridgeline Sport truck?
A: Compatibility mostly depends on whether the vehicle has the Apple or Android icons built into the stereo even without your phone connected using USB cable. This is the main thing to check. If your vehicle has this then this unit should work great.
A: This unit connects directly to your iPhone or Android phone via Bluetooth. Once this is done you can turn the stereo in the vehicle on and enjoy CarPlay or Auto. If your vehicle does not have the icons for Apple and Android already built into the car then the adapter may not be compatible.
Q: Will it work with an aftermarket head unit that has wired CarPlay already?
A: It should, but needs bluetooth. I got mine because with ios 26 drops the carplay 'connection' after a few minutes with my 17 pro. Still does with 26.3. Huge PIA. Seems to be Apples problem, but no fix in sight.

A: Most likely no. In general the vehicles need to be built between 2015 and 2026.

A: May wanna try but it didn’t work for my 17 Silverado
