Q: Does this processor come with a cooler?

A: No, the processor does not come with a cooler.

Q: What type of memory is supported by this processor?

A: This processor supports DDR5 memory.

Q: What is the maximum boost clock speed of this processor?

A: The maximum boost clock speed is 5.3 GHz.

Q: What is the base clock frequency of this processor?

A: The CPU base clock frequency is 4.7 GHz.

Q: Is this processor unlocked for overclocking?

A: Yes, this is an unlocked processor.

Q: How many cores does the Ryzen processor have?

A: This Ryzen processor has 6 cores.

Q: Does it come with a CPU cooler?

A: No it doesn't. The Ryzen 5 7600 65W TDP CPU however does :)

Q: Will this run good with a 4070 super? If so, what motherboard should I get.

A: I know you probably don’t need this answer anymore but in most cases the 4070 super would match just fine with the 7600x. For playing 1440 p and even 4k in some cases this combo would work well. As for the motherboard I recently built a pc with the 7600x but the 4060ti so a weaker version of ur 4070 super , and I opted for the ASUS rog strix b650 A with built in wifi. For my am5 build the motherboard looked like it could fit and do everything I wanted.

    Great CPU

Great CPU for the money, runs super well and is good for gaming and productivity, and as it’s AM5 your motherboard and rams always good for upgrading to better AM5 chips

    AMD does it once again

Great overall chip for a good price. I upgraded from a R5 3600 after a PSU failure and got this on sale ($200 at the time). Works well as both my gaming and software dev rig. Pros: + Performance uplift of Zen 4 is noticeable in single core and multi-core workloads + Good price point for 6 cores + Little guy loves to boost + PCI-e Gen 5 + Doesn't run as hot as the other AM5 chips + Very stable with EXPO'd RAM at 6000MHz + No X3D cache, so no scheduling issues. + Good efficiency. + Stays cool during idle + iGPU. Not really needed when you have a dedicated one, but its pretty performant. Cons: - While AM5 increases the amount of PCI-e lanes, I still find it to be a limiting factor for anything containing more than 1 GPU... my own personal gripe I guess... - Likes to run hot. Anytime a sustained workload gets placed on it, it will keep boosting until it reaches TJMax. Not a problem if you have a good cooler (ps. thermalright has some cheap ones that can handle the power). - Want EXPO speeds above 6000 MHz? Too bad. - AM5 motherboards will run you a pretty penny. Different socket than AM4. However, AMD claims they will support it for a while, so maybe its worth it.

    Fantastic CPU and lightning fast.

Despite this being a mid range CPU, it is no slouch. I paired this with a 7700xt and it has handled everything thus far. Coming from Intel, it was an adjustment seeing the temps rise quickly under load. Seeing 85° C is normal during heavier loads. I put a Thermalright Assassin 120x on it for cooling and its temps are perfectly in range with what they should be. Highly recommend.
