6. Precision Boost Overdrive requires a compatible AMD Ryzen Threadripper processor, a 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen desktop processor, or a Ryzen 5000 Series desktop processor and a motherboard compatible with one or more of these processors.
AMD 2nd Gen Ryzen processors including the Ryzen 3200G processor are not compatible with Precision Boost Overdrive.
Because Precision Boost Overdrive enables operation of the processor outside of specifications and in excess of factory settings, use of the feature invalidates the AMD product warranty and may also void warranties offered by the system manufacturer or retailer. GD-135.
7. Overclocking memory will void any applicable AMD product warranty, even if such overclocking is enabled via AMD hardware and/or software. This may also void warranties offered by the system manufacturer or retailer or motherboard vendor.

- A: AnswerYes this comes with a stock AMD cooler and preapplied thermal paste. It is sufficient for normal operation. If you intend to overclock consider liquid cooling. If you need a compact cooler for an ITX case, consider a low profile CPU cooler like the Noctua NH-L9a. Either will come with preapplied thermal paste as well.

- A: AnswerNot sure about the cache in this chip. This chip has integrated graphics and does not support gen 4 picie lanes. You would be better off using the 5800x3D chip that does have 96mb of L3 cache.

ITX build
Great chip for moderately powerful tiny builds. Paired it with 32GB Crucial Ballistix Max 4400 and 2 TB Crucial P5 SSD, in a Velka V3-RL.
