Upgrade, you’ll be happy MHO
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got it on sale last month for a crazy deal. Same rig and same GPU went from 2k FPS103-121 avg. Now FPS191-216 avg. Just from the CPU, lol; I'm happy I no longer have to close programs while gaming. I can now actually use multiple programs while live streaming—no more stutters, crashes, or lags.

Smokin hot chip...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from a 3900xt, huge difference. I use this in my MSFS 2020 rig, and night and day difference. The video card is 6900xt, and 64 GB system Ram. No lags or stutters in my FPS games either. I don't OC, so no problem with a 360 AIO. Very happy with the performance.

Amazing CPU
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wooooah......thats FAST! What a killer cpu, definitely overkill for anything I would be doing but my customer is gonna love his PC with this processor. I gotta say it runs pretty hot so be sure to have adequate cooling and definitely play around with PBO/Curve Optimizer as it can make a huge difference.

The beast has arrived and it's "HOT"!!!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is a beast.. It gobbles up anything I throw at it and is primed and ready for more. Runs quite a bit hotter than i'm used 2 but that's fne I will b getting an AIO for it because yeah I don't wanna have to deal with thermal issues down the line and this little puppy is waaaay hot.. It actually heats up my room which in the winter will be a bonus. I won't be upgrading my CPU anytime soon but I may just be upgrading my ram because this thing needs it.

Great CPU
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely an amazing cpu. Runs a little hot even with a high performance liquid cooler installed on it but if you have good airflow it should help. (I believe it’s normal for Ryzens to run hot anyway)

Amazing CPU
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for an upgrade for my gaming pc and definitely found one. Previous processor was a Ryzen 7 2700x and this was a huge step up. Ended up using the NZXT Kraken 280 for the cooler and have no problems running anything I want.

5950x is a beast of a card!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If youre looking for more FPS on games this will do that. Its isnt the best for frames, but is this thing amazing at multitaking! I stream so i have OBS up with chrome tabs open with each stream url on. Doesnt slow my computer down and keeps most the frames. I lose around 15% max but thats nothing compared to 40-50 with a 5800x. It is a monster at rendering and multitasking such a upgrade for content creators.

Great cpu for all around performance
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of the box this cpu has been great for me. Teamed up with some good ddr4 ram and a running it in performance mode. It does everything I've asked it to. The only downside. Is making sure you have a good cooling system. If not and you try to run it overclocked it will toss out some heat.

Q: QuestionCan this website get fixed can’t pickup or mail when trying to buy this for the 5 th time now
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer No. bestbutt is unwilling to change to accommodate its customer's needs because it makes too much money selling products to scalpers. all it would take is a simple captcha at checkout or a limit on purchase orders. we've been waiting months for new pc parts and they don't seem to care. neither do the manufacturers since they are just at fault here. the whole system is rigged so that these companies meet their bottom lines while their customers get shafted.

Q: QuestionWill this help me be better at Call of Duty, VALORANT, CS:GO, or PUBG? I need to get better and was thinking this might help me do that.
Asked by xXSlayer96024Xx.
- A:Answer No, that will be mostly based on you just getting better. if the reason you are not that good is because of low framerates, then yes, this could possibly help you out.

Q: QuestionShould I get This Or The 5900x?
Asked by someone.
- A:Answer This is a very difficult question to answer. It isn't as simple as just saying. Yes or No. It really depends on the end-user. First and foremost should be budget. The 5950X is about $200 dollars more than the 5900X. Are 4 cores and a bit more clock really worth 200 dollars to you? The second point when asking a very broad question like if you should get this is if it meets your needs. There is ALOT of tech videos online that cover the details of both the 5950x and the 5900x head to head and in the end. Performance per dollar the 5900x really wins out when it comes to gaming. However, if you are a dev or engineer. Hands down the 4 extra cores and the Gen4 support of an X570 board with the 5950x is gonna be the winner just coming in under the threadripper series. I would say the other thing you should consider is the rest of your hardware. If you're rocking out a 5950x in a compact computer with poor cooling and trying to use the 5950x with an air cooler. You're going to end up just hurting yourself in the long run. This may be an unpopular opinion, however, if you're going to blow 749/799 on this core. Make sure the other parts of your pc can keep up. Such as a stout 240+ AIO or a water-cooled system. My personal opinion is if you're just looking at this for gaming. Go with the 5900x and use the extra 200 dollars and try to get a bit better GPU if you can find one at a reasonable price. (good luck). If you're purely trying to show off to your friends, be king of the office nerds, or just want to sit at the pinnacle of having the best hardware to play an easy to run game like Fortnite on 1080p. Then go for the 5950x. I bought the 5950x recently for the reason of always wanting to try and keep on the edge of running everything at ultra 4k and multi-tasking. I absolutely love it and the gen4 speeds are nice for my nvme drives. I also want to ensure my continuous flex on my co-workers as having to the best pc in the office. My current specs: Corsair 1000D Super Tower 64G 3200MHz DDR4 Corsair Vengence pro RGB. 5950X 16Core CPU EVGA RTX 2080TI 12 TB SSD Storage Corsair H150I 360MM AIO MSI X570 MEG ACE Mobo 1000W Platinum EVGA Power supply Good luck with your choice and let us know what you end up picking :)
