An excellent PC
I’ve been using this rig for over a week now and it has been a joy. First off, the packaging was great, everything secured with plenty of bubble wrap and foam. It’s been performing great and staying pretty cool, lining up with the check list they sent me. Doesnt boot with bloatware or unnecessary things. I’ve read about how great this companies customer service is and I can attest to it. I had to RMA my first system due to a minor issue I couldn’t troubleshoot. I contacted Andromeda Insights on a Saturday and they got back to me within a couple hours to send me a new unit and I had a new one by the end of the week. The customer service representative was super communicative and helpful. When my new unit arrived they even threw in a few free items like a mouse and keyboard for the trouble. Overall, great performance, excellent packaging, and top tier customer support. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to purchase from this company. They really back their products and it shows. Thank you AI!

Glad to be the first to write a review for this pc! Just got it today and it’s a beautiful pc. Andromeda Insights customer service is awesome. Reached out at 8pm and they got back to me in like 30min. PC is quiet and working great so far. Excited to test all my favorite games on it.

Excellent!
PC is everything I wanted it to be. Packaged securely with very minimal bloat "looking at you MSI Center". I ran it for a few days stock and it performed just fine. I did go ahead and do a fresh Windows install after this just for my own peace of mind and this beast has ran flawlessly. Highly recommend!
