A: Yes, the antenna can be used for several televisions.
A: Yep. I ran coax from the antenna to the distribution box. This is where all the coax start their run to the various TVs I own. I simply disconnected the cable companies coax connector from the input connector on the splitter, and connected the coax from the antenna to the input on the splitter. I now have three TVs getting their signals from the antenna.
Q: what sets this new model apart from same like similar models manf. by clear stream.
A: The Clearstream 2 Max differs from the Clearstream 2 V in a couple of key ways. The Clearstream 2 Max is easier to assemble and is more multi-directional than the Clearstream 2 V. The Clearstream 2 V has a 70° pickup path from the front of the antenna with a 3-leaf pattern from the rear of the antenna. The Clearstream 2 Max has a 70° pickup path from the front and back. Q: can you use existing cable from dish network to hook up
A: Yes, you can use the coaxial cable from you dish. Typically, a satellite dish has 2 coaxial cable lines going from the dish to the receiver. You’ll want to check that the correct line is connected. Also, if the dish signal was going to more than one location, you likely need to replace the splitter in the distribution box, usually located outside your home, with a full-range (by-pass) splitter. You can try the connection without changing the splitter first, but oftentimes, satellite companies install a splitter that have filters built-in to eliminate unwanted frequencies. After you check the coax line connection, be sure the antenna is facing the correct direction towards the towers and then do a channel scan on your TV using the remote. A: I can get 13 channels. I bought a Roku smart tv and it works great with this antenna
A: Enter your address and use your cell phones compass to point the antenna.... https://www.antennaweb.org/Address
A: The Clearstream 2 Max does not include coax cable. The recommended type of coax is RG-6 for indoor use, and RG-6 Quad Shield for outdoor use. The maximum length of coax that can be used depends heavily on your location and the signal variables there. Q: How to connect this when you use a Roku stick?
A: The antenna connects to your TV via a coaxial cable connected to the F-connector on the back of your TV (coaxial cable sold separately). Your Roku Stick connects to a HDMI port on the back of your TV. Once the TV antenna is connected, you can switch inputs between the Roku and the antenna.
