- A: AnswerTurns out this little yellow connector was very difficult to push in. It felt like I was going to break it. I decided to see what happened if I pushed it further. I thought I'd break it, but it actually sank just enough to line up with the feet. So, crisis averted. Not a very intuitive way to set this up, but at least I got it working.

I apologize for any inconvenience this causes. I recommend checking out our BackUPS Pro line if you are interested in having a graceful shutdown of the system.

- A: AnswerThank you for your interest in our products. The BVN900M1 would support 480 watts of equipment so there is a chance that the desktop could overload the UPS. I found only that the power supply in the UPS is rated for 500 watts in this desktop. One of our BackUPS Pro UPSs would likely be a better option for the computer.
