A: I have had my IMAC 27 for 11 years and its finally starting to slow down. So i'm back in the buying process. The Mac will last for years. My last MAC before this one lasted 13 years and my daughters Macbook Pro lasted 9 years and still going strong. I've used computers for over 45 years and made the move to Mac about 25 years ago and I will NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN, buy a PC.... Good luck..
