Apple - 21.5" iMac® - Intel Core i5 (2.7GHz) - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Silver

This is my second iMac that I have owned, I purchased my first iMac back in 2009 and it is still functioning very well, out of the 6 years I have had it I have had zero trouble with it. The only reason I purchased this new one is due to the upgraded Processor and the amount of RAM the new one has. I work from home on occasion and there is not a better computer to handle all of applications that I run and this iMac is capable of running a large amount of programs at one time without suffering any performance loss. Even though the price may scare some folks away I assure you that in the long run this iMac is far better than ANY PC that you could purchase and will perform better and longer than a PC from my experience and opinion. I work as an IT Manager and deal with PC's on a daily basis and I see PC's come and go, I work from a 27" iMac at work and have for 3 years and again no problems at all. Hope this review helps anyone having trouble deciding if this purchase would be right for them...

I bought this iMAC because I was sick and tired of all the viruses i was getting on my PC Desktop. I've always had pc products when it came to laptops/desktops. I'd get a new one every year because of all the viruses etc..even though I had antivirus etc. Now I was very hesitant purchasing a mac even though I've had an iPhone since 2007. I was very scared that I wouldn't like the way macs platform was. I've used a mac before on someone else's laptop and never liked it..but i just closed my eyes and decided this is it. I'm done with PC. I have to try MAC. I bought the macbook pro, used for two weeks and fell in love. Then i decided I'm going to get the iMAC and boy is that a decision i'm so glad I made. Its so much more fun to work on the desktop than my macbook pro. they're both great, a million times better than the PC. Its just so comfortable and stress free. Everything is plain and simple and I love that! It seemed way more complicated on a PC. I have only been using my macbook and iMAC for a month, and I know that this is it. I'm NEVER going back to PC. Best decision I ever made..and trust me, I was 200% sure i'd hate the macs, but boy was I wrong! lol If your'e on the edge about purchasing the mac, don't be..just go ahead and buy it. You have 15 days to figure out whether or not you want to keep the product, plus no restocking fees on macs. I guarantee after using this product for just one week, you will know that its a keeper! And definitely worth the price.

I purchased this iMac to replace an Older iMac and i've been happy ever since, This machine is Blazingly fast whips thru my DJ programs Serato DJ & Mixemergency way faster than the previous Computer,Takes all the Abuse I throw at it and more, Very easy to use, Very Quiet, My son set this up and put it on the internet in minutes and he's only 9...

After 15 years of dealing with viruses, root kits, error messages, and blue screens, I finally broke down and got the 21.5" iMac. Little learning curve finding some of the features, but for the most part I figured them out on my own. Very user friendly, and takes up hardly any space, being all contained in the monitor - it's an amazing piece of engineering. Done with Microsoft products! This thing is great!

After owning between 3-5 Pc's and needing a New Computer I decided to go with an iMac. After ironing out a few user errors I can say that I am quite Happy with my selection. I will have to learn a few things after being a PC user for many years but that should not be a problem.

Great computer! A little pricey but I would say it's worth it for general uses. I'm a college student and I'm accustomed to my old HP, but I guess ill get the hang of it. Not compatible with CDs and requires batteries on mouse and keyboard. Keyboard too small.

Can't believe how consistent the quality of service at the Marlborough, MA Best Buy store. I have never been a big fan of Best Buy over the years but am now finding the service a plus since going to that location! The computer was not available in Millbury, so they sent me over to Marlborough where it is was. I have been over to Millbury and love what I see there too, by the way, very honest folks, helpful. Loving my new IMac a ton!

THE PLUSES ABOUT THIS COMPUTER ARE ITS SIZE AND IT GOOD PICTURE QUALITY. THE MINUSES ARE THAT WHEN WORKING WITH GRAPHICS I FIND IT VERY SLOW AND THE LITTLE MULTI-COLORED CIRCLE JUST KEEPS ON SPINNING. THIS HAPPENS NO MATTER WHAT BROWSER I USE. ALSO, THE SOUND QUALITY IS NOT VERY GOOD FOR MY HEARING SO I USE EXTERNAL SPEAKERS AND SOMETIMES HEARING AID COMPATIBLE EARPHONES.
