Q: How is the watch refurbished? Does it get a new battery? a New strap? Thanks

A: I bought one and the only indicator that it was not new was the box label and the fact that it came loose in the original Apple box. Otherwise, good as new and appeared to simply be a return. Had mine about a month with no issues and battery lasts easily a couple of days.

Q: Does it have a feature that knows when you fall down?

A: undefined

Q: Is this a stainless steel watch. The price suggests so, however, the specifications say aluminum case. Please confirm.

A: Mine was stainless even though it was the black finish. More heft than the aluminum model.

Q: This watch normally comes with both the sport band and the Milanese band. It is not clear if the refurbished watch comes with both bands, does it?

A: The refurbished watch I bought only had the Milanese band.

Q: This watch works for all cellular companies? Or is just limited to an specific company? In the case that is limited to one cellular provider? Whiich is that company? Thanks

A: The unit must be paired to the same cellular provider as your iPhone.
