A: Means its a ponball on a screen, no ball. Bit the graphics and controls are so amazing it plays as if there was. As a pinball person, I highly recommend

A: Good luck, best buy doesnt rent machines. Ask your local arcade who facilitates thier rental agreements
Q: can the sound be turn down or off?
A: Yes there is volume control that allows the sound to be turned way down or off. Be advised though that the button clicking is still pretty loud even with the sound low. It is a super fun machine though.
Q: Does it need assembly If so can Best Buy Do it Are get us to someone who does
A: Yes, some assembly is needed but most of it comes pre-assembled. The main body is assembled. You put the legs on. You put the top part/back on. Hook up some of the cables. Pretty straight forward. Just take your time and follow the instructions. Also good to have two people to more easily move the parts and you should have no problems. If you don’t have two people at your home, invite a friend over to help.
