A: Yes. I had the same concerns. I believe it comes with 16g memory but can be upgraded to 32g or 64g. Was going to have Geek Squad do my upgrade, then the world closed. This is a great laptop. The higher resolution makes a BIG difference for photo editing.
A: The laptop scored 177 FPS on Dirt3 benchmark. Check with the store for shipping details, and return policy. Only 5 states in the US doesn't have sales tax, the rest requries a sales tax to purchase a product, even with non-resident.
