Q: QuestionDoes the usb 2.0 charge only or can it be used for a mouse or keyboard?(5 answers)
A: AnswerYup, that's the intended use. Connect the HDMI to a TV and a wireless mouse/keyboard dongle on the USB and go crazyAnswered by Anonymous
Q: QuestionWill this also work with the steam deck?(3 answers)
A: AnswerI tested the dock I picked up today with my Steam Deck. It charges my deck and allows for display out over the HDMI connection.Answered by flightsimmer
- A: AnswerThis will be the cheapest option to do that. It will give the full 65w to the ROG Ally as well. You can get another after market one on Amazon. If you do I would go Anker but would cost more and also need a 100w charger to power the dongle. This is a all in one. Hope I helped.

Q: QuestionWill the HDMI out and charging work with a Nintendo Switch or a Galaxy 21 ultra?(5 answers)
A: AnswerI unfortunately don't have an Android phone to try this, but I do have a Switch OLED and iPad Pro. HDMI out does not work for either device. Charging does work fine, however.Answered by flightsimmer
- A: AnswerThe issue with connecting a USB hub to the USB port is two-fold: 1) you're relying on whatever excess power is left from charging the Ally to also power the hub unless your hub has a separate wall plug, and 2) the usb controller may not be good enough to power multiple peripherals at once. You can take your chances, but I recommend Bluetooth peripherals if at all possible. Otherwise, you can also wait for third party or even first party (Please, ASUS?) dock options that generally come with multiple usb ports as well as HDMI and other ports. Hope that helps!

Q: QuestionThis states HDMI 2.0. So will it even pass 120Hz signal and/or 4k to an external monitor??(1 answer)
A: AnswerHDMI 2.0 can be used for 240Hz at 1080p, 144Hz at 1440p and 60Hz at 4K.Answered by ASUS Answers
- A: AnswerNo, ROG Gaming Charger Dock does not have a stand.
Answered by ASUS Answers
- A: AnswerIt should work with any device rated for 65 watts power output and below. That would include the Legion Go. As for the HDMI video out, it should workbas well since the device is HDMI 2.0 compliant which should give you 4k 60fps.
