A: Floor standing. 49.5 inches tall. Pretty decent quality if your on a budget. I bought 2 of them. I had them shipped to the store for pick up. One of the 2 packages was very beat up. Assembly was easy to medium difficulty. I would buy again for your basic storage needs not a high end entertainment room. I bought the black finish looks nice. The sliding doors are pretty nice looking and function.
