The combination of having QC3 and USB-C, and total of having 5 ports at 60w is very useful. You would rarely find this combination. The problem is that many do not offer QC.
However, it falls short on 2 issues.
1.) The USB-C charge is not Power-Delivery. Therefore, it doesn't provide enough power to charge Macbook Pro 13-inch 2016 when working. It may work on Macbook, but not the Pro. However, it would still charge when the MBP is off, or it will make the battery drain slower when power on and working. It charges Samsung Note 8 and S8 plus find and the phones show "fast charging".
2.) Bad documentation - Nothing on manufacture web site or manual mentioned about the Max output (amp or watt) on each USB-A or USB-C ports. In addition, the manufacture web site doesn't show information about this model ..
3.) warranty is only 12 months.
I got my on sale.. If you get it at MSRP, there are more option if you can let go of QC feature... Anker and Aukey seems like a good option with longer and easier warranty.
