Before we begin
When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Connecting your devices
We'll connect and configure new or existing audio components to a new or existing surround sound speaker system or sound bar.
Setting up your speakers
We'll assemble manufacturer-or customer-provided speaker stands and attach the speakers to them.
Professional look and functionality
Wires and cables will be neatly dressed, and wire ties will be used when necessary. If a calibration mic was included with your speakers, we'll use it to calibrate the audio output to your room acoustics.
After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in.
*This service does not include setup of a new router or network, drilling of access holes, concealment of wire inside a wall, mounting of speakers, or any other type of custom wiring or mounting.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.

The Geek squad reinstalled a Sony 3 channel receiver that we moved to our new home. I was worried that since it wasn't new that they might not be too excited about the installation but I was wrong they did a great job with the install and even made several recommendations that improved the quality of the sound.

It took approximately 10 minutes to set up my Bose 500 Soundbar to my new 65” Sony Bravia.
The agent couldn't do anything because my receiver was to old. It didn't have hdmi. Needed to purchase a new receiver. The tech departed. Need to get a refund for the geek squad service that wasn't done to my account under 2025777877 - thank u in advance.
Purchased in home installation with surround sound to run some wires. Best Buy subbed it out to a third party who showed up over 2 hours after the end of the window. The tech initially said he didn’t have the tools to run wires even though it was on work order. After several headaches work was finally completed but the tech didn’t know how to set up the system so I did it on my own which defeated purpose of paying for set up. Have had great experiences when Best Buy sends their techs, so this was disappointing.
