A: I've had zero problems with phone calls. People never know I'm outside or at the gym. They always ask my I'm breathing so hard and are surprised when I tell them I'm working out lol
Q: if you get them used dose it come with everything? can you get a warranty with the used ones?
A: Not sure about warranty but mine came with everything. It looked like it was brand new.
A: Basically, refurbished items have been used. but were returned due to some minor defect or defects. These items were then inspected and fixed by the Geek Squad. New items are fully new.
A: I am unsure about waterproof, but I have used them while getting a good work out in and I have sweated a bunch and had no problems at all. Soooo, maybe that helps. But I wouldn't take my electronics near water anyways.
