Finally See Packages and the Full Person at Your D
I recently upgraded to the newer Blink Video Doorbell after having the previous model at my old house, and the improvement is immediately noticeable. The biggest upgrade is the viewing angle. The older version did the job, but it had a more limited field of view—you’d often miss packages on the ground or only catch part of a person standing at the door. The new model fixes that completely. The expanded vertical field of view now lets me clearly see packages at my doorstep and get a full head-to-toe view of whoever is there. That alone makes a huge difference for both security and convenience. Setup was straightforward, just like before, and it integrates seamlessly with the rest of the Blink system. Motion alerts are quick and accurate, and the newer detection features (like person alerts) add an extra layer of usefulness without being overly sensitive. Battery life still holds up well, which was something I appreciated about the original. It’s a “set it and forget it” type of device, which is exactly what I want in a doorbell camera. Overall, this feels like a meaningful upgrade—not just a refresh. If you’re coming from the older Blink doorbell, the improved viewing angle alone makes it worth it. Being able to see both the full person and any packages at your door gives you much better awareness of what’s actually happening outside

Perfect Video Doorbell for the price!
Price was better than on Amazon. Works with our existing Blink module. Video is clear and sound is good. A little slow to notify you on movement but so was my Ring video doorbell. Super easy install and looks good!
