A: it takes 30 min to get to 400 deg . the cooling fan is so loud,I call the store to take it back

A: Hi Robert! Thank you for your question. Yes, there is only one power cord for both ovens and it is a fixed (hard-wired) connection. The electrical requirements for this unit are 240/208 Volts and it requires a 40 Amp circuit breaker.

Q: What are the cut out dimensions for installation?
A: You will need 3 to 4 inches more at the top than what the Bosch website says. We ran into this problem when the installer came with the ovens. We had the correct dimensions as per the website but the top panel with the controls goes on the outside of the cut out. We had to have a cabinet maker come and make adjustments before the ovens could be installed.
Q: Does the unit have two timers: one each for the upper and lower ovens?
A: Yes, select the upper/lower oven and then select “oven timer”. It’s pretty finger sensitive. I hope this helps.
