Ok, so I moved into this house where the previous owner had wired everything a bit strangely. So after re wiring everything , tried to find the perfect small speaker to fit in a great room setting. Basically everything else was in wall but for the rear speakers had this huge been to deal with so needed something with a small foot print. Found these through some reviews and blogs and decided to go for it. They not only fit the area due to their small size and mount, they sounded terrific. I didn't need to paint them. They are an off white so blended perfectly into the walls. The mounts are great too.

Mounted these upside down hanging from a porch. The straight mounting plate's screw holes do not line up with a 2x4 beam. Therefore could only mount using two screws. I am pretty sure its secure enough but if you are trying to put all 4 screws on a stud, beware. Sound-wise it sounds great for being outdoors. These will not have the same amount of bass as having a sub-woofer but for being background music for a backyard, there is plenty of bass. Mids and Highs are very clear. Running them off an old Pioneer 5.1 receiver. Will be testing out later how these will work off a re-purposed car stereo deck and a computer power supply for backyard music. Got theses at a sale price, essentially buy one get one free sale, and cannot beat that price. Maybe a little expensive if purchasing one at the full retail of $100 or so.

I purchased these speakers for my outdoor patio and they really blew me away! Originally went to purchase a pair of Yamahas but couldn't deny that these sounded much clearer. Compared to the Bose speakers, these speakers were pretty comparable and were much more reasonable. Very easy to mount and connect to the stereo system. Will be purchasing more when I expand the system!

the bracketry make these as cool as they sound. the shape of the speakers and their bracketry make these speakers unique for corner mounting. very unique and a must need in some situations where most other speakers wont compare. give these some high consideration if you are into custom mounting.

I purchased these outdoor speakers and they were easy to hang up. Got them all hooked up and love listening to music in the back yard now. They sound great and look good hanging. Good Speakers for the price.

I bought these speakers to put out on my patio. I like how they had multiple mounting options which allowed me to place these in a corner area of the patio. The sound on these speakers is perfect for a patio. I was looking for something that would give some background noise while entertaining which these definitely do. They are also great if I want to crank them a bit when I am sitting out by myself. I got these when they were 50% off (49.99) a piece. It would be nice if they came in a pair like speakers normally do. I do not know who would want to buy just 1 speaker.

My first purchase was for a different pair of speakers, however, when I got them home, I realized that they did not hang under the eaves of the patio. I returned that pair and exchanged them for this speaker. This speaker had superior audio quality and looked a lot better than the original pair, but the only issue I was trying to justify was the extra money I had to pay. After I got them home and mounted under the eaves, the money did not matter any more. They mounted very easily with the included hardware, plus they sound and look MUCH better than the original pair.

We purchased this speaker to play music for the Allan Hancock softball team. They use it during practice and during games in the press box. So far the sound is great!
