I had this installed in my 2007 Honda Accord by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Watching the installation, I'm glad I didn't attempt to do this on my own. It took him almost three hours. Wires connected, hidden, and display in place, this looks like it was factory installed.

Works okay, not great, installation was a pain

The backup camera display stays on while the vehicle is in drive (it is only supposed to be on in reverse) and there is static on the screen when turn signals or on. This would be a 3 star review if those were the only issues, but I'm taking it down another star because we had to go back 3 times before the installers were able to even get it functional. Based on this experience and one other, I don't recommend getting anything at Best Buy that requires installation.

Great Camera But Lacks Instructions

That being said, it would have been nice to have an instruction manual or sheet telling you how to adjust the camera settings on the back of the camera (view width, etc.).

I installed it on a vintage car a few weeks ago, had to fabricate a custom mount for the monitor. Looks good, nice clear image on the screen. Time will tell how it holds up.
