Existing agreements.
If your business has an existing agreement with Best Buy, any conflicting terms and conditions in that agreement supersede the Best Buy Business Account Supplemental Terms.
Manufacturer's warranty.
Many manufacturers limit their product warranty when the product is used for commercial purposes. Please review the manufacturer’s limited product warranty regarding the use of products for commercial use.
Purchase orders.
Purchase orders are for administrative purposes only. The maximum character length for the purchase order field is 16 characters. If your purchase order exceeds 16 characters, please place your order through Best Buy Business. Call 1-800-304-7955 between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday. Best Buy hereby rejects and will not otherwise be bound by any additional or different terms in any form delivered by you to Best Buy, whether oral, written, electronic or implied.
Financing options.
Financing options may be available to you through Best Buy's third-party financing company ("Financing Company") subject to Financing Company's approval and contractual terms established directly between you and Financing Company.
Validating your order.
After you place an order, we will check the information you give us for validity by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order.
Unauthorized resellers.
To protect our brand reputation, our clients' best interests, our vendor relationships and our commitments to the Best Buy enterprise, Best Buy will not sell products to unauthorized resellers for the sole purpose of reselling at any time. You warrant that you will not market, resell or use products other than as expressly permitted by Best Buy.
Order limitation/limited quantities.
Our order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per-order or any other basis. All orders are subject to product availability.
Best Buy Tax Exempt Customer Program.
Best Buy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel your Tax Exempt Customer Account at any time for any use of the Account that is invalid or in contravention of Best Buy’s policies regarding use of the Tax Exempt Customer Account. My Best Buy® Program.
You may qualify for My Best Buy rewards pursuant to the My Best Buy Terms. Your participation in the program is subject to the My Best Buy Terms. In particular, members who use their My Best Buy Credit Card on eligible transactions may be eligible to receive points on qualifying purchases. Certain limitations and exclusions apply.
