Excellent and Comfortable Chair
As someone with chronic lower back pain, this chair has been a lifesaver. The lumbar support is exceptional and has made a noticeable difference in my comfort during long workdays and gaming marathons. The cushioning is firm and supportive without being hard. I no longer end the day with an aching back. If you're concerned about posture and comfort, this is the chair to get.

one of the worst experience in Bestbuy
I bought this chair during thanks giving and it can be returned for any reason. I didn't like the color and material quality upon the deliver and tried to return at bestbuy store but they advised me to contact the seller which I was not aware of this. Seller told me to bear the return shipping cost however I don't see it the product return policy that a customer has to pay. when I provided the return policy details they agreed to cover shipping charges. once of the worst experience with Bestbuy and their seller. I would not recommend this product

DON'T BUY THIS HORRIBLE CHAIR
Horrible chair - I'd give negative stars if I could. The seat cushion is not secure to the base so it constantly moves. Bought as a xmas gift for my son and he slips off forward off it constantly. Reached out to seller with no response. Tried to return to Best Buy and they said we have to return to seller. Horrible experience. If you buy this chair, be prepared to waste your money and buy another chair from a different retailer (as I'll have to do now).
