Q: What kind of activity counts as a workout?
A: While Apple Watch may track a variety of activities, only your active calorie workouts will be credited toward your challenges.
Q: Can I make my Move goal on Apple Watch match my active calorie target?
A: If the Move goal on your Apple Watch doesn’t match your active calorie target, you can update your Move goal. Here’s how:
1. Open the Activity app on your Apple Watch.
2. Go to your rings, then firmly press the screen.
3. Tap Change Move goal.
4. Tap the plus sign (+) or minus sign (-) to increase or decrease the number of active calories for your daily Move goal.
5. Tap Update when you're done.
Q: How do I sync my activity data, and how often should I sync my watch to ensure I get credit for achieving my goals?
A: To sync your workout activity, simply sign into Best Buy Fit. We encourage you to do so once each week. Please note: All workouts must be synced and accounted for within six days of your challenge period ending in order for you to be properly credited.
Q: How are my activity challenges determined? Can they change?
A: Your daily active calorie target is based on your weight (as it is recorded in the Apple Health app). Your weekly workout challenge is dependent on your previous activity history – the more active you become, the more challenging your weekly challenges will be.
Q: What happens to my streak if I don’t complete one of my weekly goals?
A: If you are unable to achieve one of your weekly challenges, your streak will reset.
Q: What data do I need to share to participate? How do I stop sharing my data?
A: To participate in the program, you must share your weight and Active Energy data via the Apple Health app. Without access to these measures, Best Buy Fit will be unable to calculate your active calorie targets or your progress toward your goals. You can stop sharing your data at any time by opening the Apple Health app and adjusting your settings under the sources tab.

Q: Are the points earned on Best Buy Fit associated with the My Best Buy® Rewards program or points I have earned?
A: No, The Best Buy Fit program and its associated points and rewards are independent of the My Best Buy program. My Best Buy points or reward certificates are not earned, awarded or associated in any way with Best Buy Fit.
Q: When does the Best Buy Fit program end? What will happen to the Best Buy gift cards I have earned once the program ends?
A: Best Buy Fit is scheduled to end on Feb. 1, 2020. Best Buy may choose to extend Best Buy Fit and will notify you if the program is extended. It is essential that any gift cards awarded to you through the Best Buy Fit app, are added to your Apple Wallet. Once the program period has ended, the Best Buy Fit app and the gift cards awarded will no longer be available to participants. By storing your gift cards in the Apple Wallet after they are awarded, you will ensure that you are able to access the gift cards after the program ends and the Best Buy Fit app is no longer available.
