Who is eligible for Verizon device payment?

To be eligible for Verizon device payment, existing customers must meet the following requirements:

    Existing Customers:
  • 6 months' good payment history
  • Eligible for an upgrade
    New Customers:
  • Requires credit check

What devices are eligible for Verizon device payment?

All Verizon smartphones, basic phones and tablets are eligible for Verizon device payment. Other devices, such as mobile hotspots, are not eligible at this time.

How much does Verizon device payment cost?

You make a device payment each month that appears on your bill.

Are there ways for me to protect my Verizon device payment phone from loss or damage?

Yes, Best Buy offers equipment protection programs that cover loss or damage of your Verizon phone.
