A: You simply need the programming of the cobra and then the programming software for the model of Icom radio. Then they should be able to communicate no problem. If the programming isn't posted anywhere, worst case a radio dealer could figure out the programming with an RF monitor. But they will most likely charge for the service. Super late response...
