Viking's open burner all gas range provides commercial performance for residential use. Featuring 8 high performance burners and infrared broil with 2 ovens, this oven is designed for all of your cooking and entertainment needs. Porcelain burner bowls and a full width pull out tray makes clean up of your cooking surface a breeze. The all gas oven also features multiple convection cooking options for better air circulation in the cavity. Commercial grade chrome oven racks are designed to support heavier items like your Thanksgiving turkey or multiple casserole dishes.
